What information is needed for a TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections quotation?

If you are responsible for an air conditioning system with a combined cooling duty of more than 12kW then you need a TM44 ACI Report and Certificate lodged on to the Landmark Registry to avoid the possibility of a fine for non-compliance.

To be able to provide you with a quotation that is valid for 30 days, the following information would be required:

• The address of the building. If there’s more than one building (or a portfolio) then town/city location is fine.
• Type of system, i.e Chiller, AHU, fan coils, splits or VRF. Quantity of each would be required too.
• Number of buildings on each site. Example, a college with 15x buildings on the campus would require 15x Reports if there is more than 12kW in each building.
• If available: maintenance records, F-Gas log, Asset List and O&M Manuals
