1st Call Surveys Ltd are a Milton Keynes based company that have more than 15 years experience within the Air Conditioning industry.

In 2007/08 the European Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) introduced TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections. Noticing a gap in the market, we decided to put more attention into this part of the air conditioning industry and over the past 5 years our assessors have successfully carried out over 1,500 TM44 Inspections throughout England & Wales and lodged them with the Government Landmark Registry ensuring that our clients are 100% compliant with the latest regulations.
